At Butterfly Garden, we pride ourselves on being a professional handmade business. Most accessories are handmade to order, for you. As such and due to the volume of our sales, any order including our handmade hair accessories* will generally take 12-14 working days to make and send out. This generally translates to 2-4 weeks until delivery (allowing for Aus/Post delivery) *Any order from our toy, linen, bag and suitcase ranges (& not including hair accessories) will be packed and posted within 3-5 working days. If you need your items in a hurry please don't hesitate to let us know it's urgent and we will do our best to make it a priority for you. We like your BG items to arrive in time for that special occasion just as much as you do! Postage within Australia: As of the 10th January 2012, our postage for all new standard orders will be Express Post only. Due to the high level of delayed or missing post within the regular Australia Post service, we no longer offer regular post as standard.
