As most Butterfly Garden Items are handmade to order for you, no 2 items will be exactly unique, as is the nature of handmade (and we know thats what you love about it!)

This also means at rare times, your item may vary in fabric placement, or slight dye colour or small embellishment, depending on availability of supplies.

Our quality control process at Butterfly Garden is excellent.
All new deisgns are wear-tested for 2 weeks prior to launching them on the website & every individual clip and headband is 'snap' tested prior to leaving the workshop.

If you feel that your product is faulty please contact us within 10 days to discuss a replacement. We want you to have the best too!

We cannot however exchange or refund for 'change of mind', so please feel free to email us with any queries before placing your order.
